I believe so, there has been no mention of it being worked on in the discord as the person working on this game has made another game their priority. There is no telling when and if this game will see another update.
He said that there may be a update some time later this year. As for other games there is Insexual Awakening (which has been completed) and currently they are working on Insexual Awakening 2.
